Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched from NSW, Australia. Orders placed before 8:00am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia)

• Standard Shipping (AusPost): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Express Shipping (AusPost): 1–3 business days after dispatch to most metro areas.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We will begin accepting international orders from 1 July 2026. From that date, international delivery will be available at checkout, with timeframes of 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. A tracking number is emailed once your parcel is scanned into the AusPost network.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hugo@oasistcg.com.au and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

Packaging

Singles and slabs are shipped in rigid top loaders or graded card mailers with bubble wrap. Sealed product is shipped in fitted boxes with void fill to prevent movement in transit.
