Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your rights as a consumer are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. Email hugo@oasistcg.com.au with your order number as soon as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, not as described, or with a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement, exchange or full refund (including return shipping) as required by the Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for damaged or faulty items.

Live Break Purchases

Items won or purchased during a live break (Whatnot, TikTok Live, etc.) are final sale once the break has concluded. Damaged-in-transit claims still apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hugo@oasistcg.com.au with your order number and reason.
  2. We respond within 2 business days with return instructions if applicable.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
